Job Description
Ability to administer user access, security roles, and permissions within SuccessFactors, ensuring proper access controls and compliance with security policies. Proficiency in managing employee data within SuccessFactors, including data uploads, updates, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity as per GDPR or local laws. Understanding of various modules within SuccessFactors like Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Recruiting, Employee Central Service Central etc. Ability to configure, customized and troubleshoot various module within SAP SuccessFactors according to the organization's requirements. This includes setting up data fields, workflows, forms, templates and other system parameters. Monitor system performance & network latency. Instance refresh cycle planning, execution, scrambling/anonymize data post refresh
